1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the betvisa platform and all services included within it. "Platform" refers to both the betvisacasino.cam website and the associated mobile application. "User" or "Member" refers to the person who has registered on this platform. "We", "our" or "betvisa" refers to the authority operating the platform.

These terms are prepared for users in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali. If any difference arises between a translation and the original, the original Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. These terms may be updated from time to time and the revised version will take effect as soon as it is published.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at betvisa, the user must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number and email address given at registration must be genuine. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person opens more than one account, it will be considered a violation of the rules and all associated accounts may be closed. Multiple accounts operated from the same IP address, device or payment method will also be assessed under this policy.

2.2 Account Verification

After registration or at any time, betvisa may request a national identity card, passport or other relevant documents to confirm the user's identity. Withdrawals or certain benefits may be restricted until verification is completed. Account verification is mandatory to receive special rewards on a member's birthday.

2.3 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the betvisa support team must be informed immediately. The platform authority will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

Members must be at least 21 years of age to use the betvisa platform. Opening an account on this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. Providing false information about age may result in the account and funds being forfeited.

In addition, it is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country or region. Using the platform from an area where online gaming or betting is prohibited is not allowed. betvisa accepts no legal liability in this regard.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on the betvisa platform is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. All deposit and withdrawal requests are processed through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, this time may increase.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be sent only to the payment method registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Any bonus balance must have its wagering requirement fulfilled before it can be withdrawn — detailed rules on bonuses are provided in section 5 below.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

betvisa offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions which must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 25 times (৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000). This bonus is not direct cash — it is a matched bonus that becomes withdrawable after the specified conditions are met.

5.2 Other Bonuses and Their Terms

The weekly betvisa Reload Festival gives a 20% bonus on deposits of ৳200 or more each week, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a 20x wagering requirement. The betvisa Slots Bonus gives a 50% daily bonus on slot game deposits, up to a maximum of ৳8,000, with a 25x wagering requirement. The weekend betvisa Cricket Boost gives a 30% bonus on cricket markets, up to ৳6,000, with an 18x wagering requirement.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• More than one bonus cannot be active on an account at the same time, unless otherwise specified.
• The results of bets placed with bonus balance will be calculated according to the specific terms of the promotion.
• betvisa reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus claims made through fraudulent means will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming services are available on the betvisa platform. Specific rules may apply to each game or betting type and these are detailed in the relevant section.

6.1 Sports Betting

If an irregular situation arises in any match or event (such as an abandoned match or suspended play), betvisa will settle the bet according to its established rules. betvisa reserves the right to void bets if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.

6.2 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage of each game is set by the game provider. Any abnormal wins resulting from a software error or technical issue may be voided.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet amounts may be set depending on the specific game, event or account type. betvisa may change any bet limit without prior notice.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

betvisa may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information at registration.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities.
• Misuse of bonuses.
• Detection of illegal or suspicious transactions.

For suspended accounts, any valid balance may be returned after verification. However, funds obtained through rule violations will be forfeited. A user may also request to close their own account — detailed information on this is available in our Responsible Gaming guide.

8 Fraud and Misuse Prevention

betvisa monitors every transaction, bet and account activity. If any member takes part in match fixing, arbitrage betting, exploiting technical errors or any other fraudulent activity, their account will be closed and legal action may be taken where applicable.

betvisa reserves the right to report to the relevant authorities if any transaction is suspected of involving money laundering or terrorist financing. All financial transactions must be completed with proper identity verification.

9 Intellectual Property and Content

All content published on the betvisa platform — logos, graphics, text, software and design — is protected by intellectual property law. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Written permission must be obtained before republishing, selling or distributing any content.

Content from third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, etc.) is protected by their respective intellectual property rights.

10 Privacy and Personal Data

betvisa is aware of and responsible for the collection, storage and use of users' personal data. A full description of data protection is explained in detail in our Privacy Policy.

In brief, user data is used only for providing services, identity verification, ensuring security and meeting legal obligations. Data is not transferred to third parties unless legally required.

11 Limitation of Liability

Participating in gaming or betting through the betvisa platform is entirely the user's own decision. betvisa will not be liable for any loss caused by technical failure, internet connection issues or third-party software. However, if a problem arises due to a fault in our own systems, every effort will be made to resolve it.

12 Right to Change Terms

If any clause of these terms is declared invalid by a court or competent authority, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
